Take each day one day at a time. Isolation can take a toll on all the systems that influence our health. We know during times of distress the more care we take of ourselves, the more likely we will maintain healthy minds and bodies.

 

Try to keep a routine, take time to walk inside or outside, pray, meditate, nourish yourself, hydrate yourself and listen to music and sing!

 

Please feel free to call any of us at Fraser Vaselakos & Associates if you find you need to process this difficult time for yourself or your family, partners and/or friends.

 

We will get through this together, be well and be safe.
